Portrait Art
Oil painter Patrick Michael Karnahan, a native Californian, has
spent his lifetime capturing the Iron Horse on canvas. His first painting of the Sierra
Railroad was painted at the age of eight. Currently he has painted over a thousand West
Coast railroad portraits. Patrick is also well known as a landscape and portrait artist a
skill he learned while living in Ireland. Recently his work has appeared in magazines such
as Wildfire International and Narrow Gauge & Shortline Railroads.
